I am growing to be arrogant and annoying.

I look around and do think I am surrounded by stupid. I corrected someone's mistake at work several times and explained several times why what they're doing is wrong. Today I watched them making the same mistake again. I didn't bother correcting them. And now they have to fix the consequences themselves and want me to help.
