@YoMomma As a scientist, i say nonsense, as a human i have seen and heard of it too many times. In medical school i had an admission who said he was going to die that night. I tried to calm him, but he actually did suffer a sudden, unexpected death overnight.

@samueltyler2 Yup. Very different systems over there. In Germany, they test and rank your aptitude sometimes as young as (I think) 13 or 14 and based on that determine at that age if you are going to university or trade school. From our perspective here it seems quite odd. But to them, I'm sure our system seems strange. 🤷‍♀

@sarabee1995 I am not one to argue which is best. I was not ready at age 18 to enter medical school!

@samueltyler2 Well it likely would've been the equivelent of what we would call pre-med, but it would be a single track for six or eight years leading right through what you know as actual med school.

@Ghostinthemachine well it looks like Maybe Toronto wasn’t one of the airports that had the bomb scare. Either I misunderstood, but I seriously thought them to say Pearson was included but the news does not include Pearson as one of the airports
