how should you deal with someone who tries to undermine your confidence
like earlier i was at the supermarket checkout queue and whilst i was bagging my groceries there was a woman behind me laughing and giggling with a man behind her, they were up close to me and i thought they were laughing at me - taking the piss - and trying to undermind my self confidence and i felt annoyed....but i handled it by ignoring them and just thanking the cashier and moving off.
