How many would need to swap with someone from overseas that is smarter, stonger, more talented, healthier, and more beautiful? I mean, that is the idea behind darwinism isn't it? Only the best make it to continue the species?

Darwinism is the most suitable for the niche. Like cave salamanders that have become blind from no longer needing light, because it's more resource efficient for them.
