how do you handle uncertainty

i think we are entering an uncertain period in society, in the world- at the moment....a fork in the road possibly, and there's one thing i can't stand is uncertainty, it drives me barmy and fills me with anxiety...for my peace of mind i need to have certainty, knowing that things will work out alright in the end? but that's not present now, its an uncertain dark period we're entering.

I believe you. However I do see this movement as more of a pendulum. It picks up momentum on the way down and gradually entropy takes over as the pendulum swings out to the extremes..Different influences come into play to control the exact trajectory. So who knows exactly where it will go..?😷
