a coworker who’s one of my good friends talks about EVERYONE but then acts like she’s friends with them.. makes me wonder what the hell she says about me when i’m not in the room?!

It's just a fact of life that people are two-faced and will talk about you behind your back. There's nothing you can do about it. It's best never to think about what they might be saying. Just judge people on how they treat you in real life. Do they care about others, or just about themselves?
