They need to set the legal age to 60 because humans mature mentally at a very "slow" rate. Why we have people 26 and up with the mind of 9 year olds?

I think there's a term for that. It's called trans-age. Saw a news clip once where a guy who was like 30 claimed to be that and stated he was 6. I just shook my head.
