Probably not well given their respective ages and that even to a watchers pov neither looks anything resembling healthy.
I suppose if you're not prepared to treat them like other prisoners and have them in circulation(the risk of being seriously hurt by a prisoner or guard for that matter, paid to inflict injury or worse could be high)
The only other alternative is either put them in the hospital wing under close supervision.
Or solitary confinement where nobody can get to you.
