Is our society is doomed to lose it values because of social network?

First we have to define those values and some of them are almost universal (thou shall not kill, etc), but if you really listen to what people value from different cultures, they are unique? We will lose some, unfortunately. When culture becomes homogenized, eventually the minority is lost.
