On a materialistic level it’s low. Extremely low. Any of my high maintenance would be on an emotion level because there are a few things my dumb brain thinks I require to be happy, like the need to control certain things as Life continually reminds me how little control I have in a lot of matters, and needing the validation that I matter to someone even though I already know that I do. I keep a lot of that crap under wraps though because it is pure ridiculousness and a waste of energy, but I know the truth nonetheless. So, if I’m being honest with myself maybe a 5 there because it does squirm out every now and then.

@PerfectionOfTheHeart I feel you. I'm the same way. I try to remember to only worry about what I can control but there are so many things that I don't control like the wellbeing of others. My OCD doesn't help. I keep most of it inside so I'm about a 3.
