Do you think it's just this easy?

It's just a pen and paper away to stop this chaos here in the United States of America, but yet no one wants to use their privileges. Could it be we just don't understand our privileges, or could it be we are too afraid to use them?
This doesn't seem much like a free country to me, does it seem like that to you?
Protesting and rioting will not do. That just makes the government laugh. Pen and paper, on the other hand becomes legal request and documents.
