what happens to someone in society who can't take care of themselves

[c=005E2F][i]i have had times in life where i struggle to get up in the morning, cook, clean, wash myself etc...because i deal with a mental health problem, i live on my own too...........but what happens to somebody who just completely lets themselves go and can't take care of themselves anymore?[/i][/c]
