It doesn't bother me. We have lots of white holidays. Or a few. Like Washington's birthday or Lincoln's birthday.

I wasn't complaining about Clumbus Day not being ifficial. I was just saying it's not reserved officially.

@Spoiledbrat I just want us all to be honest about history. Events in history are usually good for one group and bad for another. We have an awful lot of holidays that celebrate things getting better for whites and worse for others. So going back to the OP, I'm not at all bothered be a holiday where things got better for former slaves.
