I have a workaholic subordinate 🤷‍♂️

At first I taught he was just working extra hours cuz maybe he needs the extra money.. Well, apparently he doesn't and he's just addicted to working 🤔.
It's fine by me, but I'm honestly worried about his health 🙄

As lazy worker myself.. I try to do the minimum work with best results.. But with him it's always the long complicated way 🤷‍♂️.

He seems comfortable tho 🤔

@KENNOSUKE just talk to him, and tell him you noticed he is working a lot.. tell him its not what is expected, appreciated perhaps, but not expected.
