Gun training has no limit. Each type of gun as well as design and year of issue requires specialized knowledge.

Jon Stewart is a ignoramus about that.

Also there is gun maintenance. Tear down and cleaning, field stripping, jamb clearance, and environmental aspects.

Jon Stewart is a untruthful person An overpaid (imo) media rep that can buy someone who is trained to carry for him isn't less safe by any means.

Governments would also fail to grasp that various hazard environments require situational training.

But since Jon Stewart lives a cushy life , just as do politicians, and probably crys if his 1000$ shoe gets a fleck of dirt on it, he can be excused from knowing that.
