Well technically, AI is not a human nor trust, so based on the rules I currently know.of, no they can't own something, as they themselves are owned.

So whomever owns them, owns the property.


Also, another major issue they're having is corporations buying houses and just pricing a majority of the single house home buyers out of the market and forcing people to rent if they want to live in a certain area as they own over 40% of the houses in the area.

It'll be a while before that's something we need to worry about.
