CNN, Pumps out more garbage

CNN guest David Peisner caught flak Saturday for claiming that the only violence taking place in the fiery uproar underway in Atlanta is being instigated by police. "I think that there’s a real blurring of the lines in the use of the word violence. Is property destruction violence? To some people it certainly is. But, you know, this idea that breaking windows or other acts of property destruction are the same as actual violence against humans, it’s kind of a dangerous and slippery concept,’" he told CNN's Pamela Brown Saturday on "CNN Newsroom."

"You keep using these words ‘violent, violent, violent, violent'… The only acts of violence against people that I saw were actually police tackling protesters," he added. Peisner further suggested the group of rioters was "small" and that people involved in the incident were acting apart from the "Defend the Forest" movement memorializing 26-year-old activist Manuel Esteban Paez Teran, who was killed in a gunfire exchange Wednesday after allegedly firing at Georgia state troopers.

Property destruction is violence. Antifa is the most fascistic organization at large.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@redredred The GOP is the most fascistic organization at large. But I'm glad you finally admit that the January 6 Insurrectionists committed violence, since they destroyed property at the Capitol. It only took a little over two years for you, but you are finally admitting it.

@windinhishair A careful reader (look it up) would note I’ve never discussed 1/6 in terms of violence, I simply corrected your asinine claim it was insurrection.

And between the Republican Party and antifa, let’s see which group is more intent upon controlling the population, acting extra-legally, restaging Kristalnacht and fomenting racial hatred.

Antifa, (anti First Amendment) wants to control speech, limits free movement, murder police (ACAB) and lots of other similarities to the National Socialists
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@redredred Four more Trump Cultists were convicted of today. The facts continue to show it was a violent insurrection.

Antifa isn't even a coherent organization, unlike the fascist MAGAs and Trump Cultists that comprise a much larger percentage of the population. The FBI, CIA,, and other intelligence agencies agree that our greatest domestic terror threat is from right-wing terrorists and white supremacists.
redredred · M
@windinhishair No one has been charged with the crime of insurrection. How do you have an insurrection without insurrectionists? It’s not like your trans men who are “men” without male genitalia. You need insurrectionists to have an insurrection.

You’re welcome.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@redredred Close to a thousand crazed MAGAs and Trump Cultists have been charged with crimes related to the insurrection. About half have pleaded guilty. Or have you not been paying attention? Seditious conspiracy to overthrow the government and reverse the results of a free and fair election to keep the losing party in office IS an insurrection. It isn't a tourist visit. You've already admitted it was violent, and people are going to jail for the violence.

Were you there? Or just wish that you were?

You're welcome for my setting the record straight.
redredred · M
@windinhishair So, you agree, no actual charges of the specific crime of sedition. I’m glad to help with your remedial education.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@redredred Four Oath Keeper Terrorists were found guilty of seditious conspracy just yesterday, joining others who have already been convicted. Do try to keep up with the crimes committed by your friends and cronies. This is how that crime is described legally.
If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.
Your remedial education continues, free of charge.
redredred · M
[@winnbdinhishair] And Seditious “conspracy”(sic) is not the crime of sedition. I hate to go all factual info you but they are separate charges. There have been no charges or, obviously, convictions for sedition. Glad to help with your cognitive limitations.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@redredred Seditious conspiracy confirms the insurrection that we all saw, and the MAGAs and Trump Cultists deny.

Do your constituents know that you fully support the violent overthrowing of the US government? Or is that a feature, not a bug in your area?
redredred · M
@windinhishair you should try out for the Olympics if you can make that sort of leap. Fully support violent overthrow? I’ve simply been vainly trying to educate you on the legal distinctions you’ve been consistently ignoring or are incapable of understanding.

I understand facts mean nothing to lefttards so you get a pass from me.
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@redredred You:
I understand facts mean nothing to lefttards so you get a pass from me.
Also you, when presented with data gathered by scientist:

windinhishair · 61-69, M
@redredred Seditious conspiracy is by definition a violent act as it is in support of violence in the overthrowing of the US government, in the same way that attempted murder is violent. You love to deny reality, but you can't escape it.

Do your constituents know your views on accepting violence in overthrowing the government? Shouldn't they know what kind of person they are voting for?
redredred · M
@windinhishair Conspiracy can be a conversation in a car 1000 miles from an intended target. It needn’t result in any action, or follow up crime. A mere conversation can constitute conspiracy. .
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@redredred That wasn't the evidence presented successfully at trial. And now these domestic terrorists have been convicted of crimes against the US that will keep them in prison for the rest of their lives. Do try to keep up with the facts, not speculation about things that could happen in another, unrelated situation.
