I think he should be released into the home of the parole board that grants his parole.
On a related note I heard one state ...California maybe...has a law that says a juvenile can't be held past the age of 25 no matter what crime they commit.
And in my town two boys killed their dad and burned down the house. They were released about 10 years ago and haven't been in any major problems since then.
I think the juvenile mind changes with age so this little angel might be safe in a decade. But I don't want him living next to me
