It seems to happen more when I am in my car and on my way to work. Happened on one or two occasions for work unrelated things.

No. I get scary angry for no reason at times.
In loneliness yes but not in public. It's ok to cry. Let the emotions out.
In public? No, never. The nuns instilled discipline of this sort.

How do you feel when it happens ?
Woofwoof15 · 26-30, F
@Strictmichael75 sad, overwhelmed.... I used to be a big crybaby. I cry when I feel overwhelmed and can't hold it anymore but even as an adult
Woofwoof15 · 26-30, F
@Strictmichael75 it's embarrassing telling people what a cry baby I used to be I'm hoping others can relate
Strictmichael75 · 61-69, M
@Woofwoof15 I hope so too.it’s not a problem as crying is a release of tension

A few times. There's little that I hate more than when that happens.

Yes at a work that felt like hell and I'm glad I'm no longer there
Yes. But there was usually a reason, like an unexpected death. The last time I cried at work was because a much loved colleague committed suicide. I wasn’t alone.
