Why do we call people “adults” when most of the adult human population are child minded?

Child minded is a matter of opinion. Most people will never completely grow out of some of their child mentality and that’s completely okay and normal. Adults who complain that other adults are too childish are often boring, too serious and don’t like to have a laugh.
