Is this woman strong or pathetic?

Rosa is 38 years old. She's a demon slayer and at some point she was able to fight and kill five demons all by herself. Despite being as strong as she is she's still obedient to the demon slayer corps leader, Jeffrey. When Rosa finds out that Jeffrey has a thing for teen girls and would abuse girls as Young as 12, Rosa pretended she didn't see it, or she'd call the girl fast and therefore deserved it.

She'd always criticize young girls but around Jeffrey she was silent and basically let him do whatever he wanted.
