Is he a victim or a villain?

Amir is 16 years old. When he was four, he was abducted from the streets by a mysterious group of people that regularly kidnapped children.

Unfortunately, the organization that forces children to rob stores and houses. The kids were also taught how to kill and hide their tracks. Amir has stole millions worth of merchandise, put guns to people's heads, knives to people's throats and and threatened to kill them but he could never bring himself to actually do it, even when pressured or told to do so by his Commander because he knew that every person has a family and he understands the pain of losing someone special. Even when beaten, or starved, he still refused to end anyone's life
