What would you do?

Let's say you live in a small town..every two weeks 4 Young girls go missing. To combat this, a lot of parents have been dressing their daughters up as boys so they wouldn't get kidnapped. Your brother says that this is terrible idea because it's teaching girls to act like guys and the importance of femininity, he also said just keep her inside at night since the kidnapping normally happens at night. - what would you do?

@Ontheroad I'd fix an error in his saying it teaches girls wrong. It's more about teaching boys wrong: the loss of their masculinity.
