Your "SEX" refers to your biological reality sans surgical intervention

Your "GENDER" is how you identify your sexuality emotionally/mentally

In day-to-day life, GENDER should determine how you live and how you're viewed by society.

I know that's too easy a solution and the argument will go on and on, but somehow it seems so simple if you de-emotionalize the situation.

Gender is a social construct influenced by gender norms and societal rules and also it is ones expressed identity.

I find the concept to be easy and to all the conservatives complaining about pronouns: everyone has pronouns 😌
