I want to tag a place which never appreciated my effort, humiliated all the staffs even the senior staffs too

I want to tag a place which never appreciated my effort, humiliated all the staffs even the senior staffs too just because they were paying so called money, some senior staffs would search for a small reason to back bite and be in the good book to get the position, they would only care how they earn more and more and more profits without wellbeing of staffs, comment what you wore but never appreciated how much effort you are giving in their work but I will not tag because nowadays is the days of being viral and I don't want to get that place viral and go bankrupt. But I am so disappointed that the back biting bitch aka the mastermind got the highest position in that place.
