Why do we live in an age where boys want to be girls and girls want to be boys?

I'm not against anyone, just want to know how one may think that he's born in the wrong gender and the grass is always greener on the other side.

@TexChik they want Americans to stop procreating so that they can claim there is a shortage of babies (which they already are doing) so Americans will not be so opposed to the idea of immigration which democrats want because immigrants = democrat votes
