how to deal with noisy neighbours next door
on the other side of my bedroom wall, there is a young couple, and they have recently started shagging loudly, having noisy sex...i can hear her yelps and moans through the walls...it starts usually about 11:30pm...i live in a small block of council apartments...and i struggle to go to sleep listening to that...i tried turning my music higher but i still hear her moans over what i got on.
is there anything i can do? can i report it to the housing management...would they do anything about it?
