Let's say you own a restaurant and you have a 19 year old girl who works as a cashier. She became close with one of the male cooks there and she unfortunately told him about her onlyfans. He ends up showing everyone at work and one of the manager says she's an embassment to the business and needs to be fired. - what would you do?

Onlyfans doesn't allow explicitly pornographic content, right? I believe management has the right to fire her in legal terms, but in moral terms, I would think it's dumb and they should let her stay.

She's not the bully, why would she get fired. What she does outside of work is nobody's business, as long as she's doing her job..

The young woman didn't do anything wrong -- at least not in any way that is relevant to the business.
