Some of the neighbors neglect pruning their trees and let the limbs hang over the fences, one guy lets wild trees come up on the fence line and won’t bother to cut them down. He wouldn’t help pay half of the fence replacement either. Had to pay the fence guys extra to cut those trees down that were in the way. Another neighbor takes good care of his yard but he’ll use his leaf blower to blow leaves or grass clippings after weed-eating his front front yard and they end up blowing up to my curb (that I’ll sweep after mowing etc.) or in my other neighbor’s yard.

@SW-User he inherited the home after his parents died. Seems to lack common sense in maintenance of property. His parents were old when I moved to this house 20 years ago but they took good care of their yard, trees, etc. He’s got 3 tall ladders laying down against his home. Could buy a pair of limb loppers if he doesn’t have any (probably does cause like I said his father took good care of the place) and get up on a ladder and trim them damn trees and also cut down the strays in the fence line. I have to get up on a ladder at least twice a year and do the trimming .
