A time and need for people to look at reality, the world doesn't revolve around just you or me

I get really tired of a world where everybody plays the victim card and starts extolling "the woe is me mantra." It really gets tiresome. Some people don't know how lucky they are. Many people are suffering and are in real pain all over this globe, actually for real reasons, physical reasons. People who walk through life with ten loaves of bread under their shoulders, do not have a right to complain. People who don't know where their next meal is coming from do. People who are worried how they are going to pay their next bill do.

The world doesn't revolve around just me or you individually. We must take the time to realize our actions effect other people. When we drive too fast, when we stand in other people's way, when we stay too long on a store line, when we throw garbage on the floor, and just the way we live our lives in general each and every day has an effect upon other people's lives. When we fail to take the time to educate ourselves of what is really going on in this world, everybody suffers.

We should consider ourselves to be very lucky, if we have our health and don't suffer from any debilitating illnesses. If we are able to function normally physically, we should consider ourselves to be blessed.

And to all the people who are paranoid and think people are watching you and care about what you are doing. To those people, buy a grip on reality. Most other people are too busy with their own lives to take an interest in you.

We must all stop thinking the world revolves around us, our selfish needs and that everybody is glued to what we do. This is not reality, this is just existing in a fantasy world. Let's all put aside our egos which the fantasy world of social media has created. Getting a thousand likes on anything you post on social media has no connection to your status in the real world.

We all need to start caring about the real problems in this world and how it affects our way of life. We are losing our country and our freedom, mainly because people are connected to the vain things which consume them. We refuse to pay attention to the important stuff and that is the price we all pay for the condition of our own lives and the world around us.

Spot on facts.
The self centeredness - I am above others and way too good for someone to flub up or do ME wrong, seems to be growing out of control. Or maybe it's just exaggerated here on Social media.

People must start realizing that them feeling good about themselves doesn't necessarily reflect what's really happening around them.

Too many people today exist in a bubble with like minded people who never dare question anything they do or who never question the confirmation biases they all exist within.

People are no longer just tribal but in fact have become cultists. Facts no longer matter and taking the time to say and do what will make things better is too hard for them.

I guess being over medicated is a big problem too...

We all seem to be living in our own bubbles these days.

To add to this, i hate the fact that everybody has their hand out. Somebody is going to pay for all these freebies. I am very grateful for my life even with the problems i run into. great story
