Someone said it's natural to go from young happy and vibrant to middle age and depressed to old grouchy and confused. Do you agree?

No no no its young spotty and no confidence,, middle age finding your feet ,,old grouchy but happier when the hormones' have settled down and you can think with the head on your shoulders not the head between your legs !!
