Today something embaressing happened: a littlr old lady on my street asked me to cut her grass, and I said yes, but realised I didn't know how to. 🙈

She had to give me directions from her seat. I messaged my brother and asked him how to cut grass, and he said "just push the lawnmower." 🤣🙈🙄

Awww... I know it's embarrassing, but too often... we don't teach our children the simpler things. I determined my children would know how to make basic foods and meals for themselves, how to add gas to a car gas tank, how to do their own laundry, etc... it's such a list of things we mostly take for granted because we already know how without thought.
We all start somewhere. you have a kind and good neighbor. :)

@SW-User I don't think my neighbour cared if I could do it or not. She just didn't want to do it. 🤣 But she was kind and gave me chocolate. 😊

Yes, I don't know how to do a lot of things like iron or cut grass. 🙈 But I'm smart!

@SW-User No, it's not. I'm not very smart in a lot of ways. Just school stuff.
But I know how to do it now and I helped someone. 😊
