Have you said harsh words and insults to some people that you regretted deeply after?

and how did you move on from that if there was no way no to talk to them and make peace?

Rarely, if ever. Harshest thing to come from me is unfiltered home truth when people say/do otherwise to me with nonsensical tripe and expect me to not react after them pushing my buttons unrelentingly.

In fact I regret not anything I [i]have [/i]said but that I haven't said it MORE of it. So I always try to bear that in mind.
