Have you said harsh words and insults to some people that you regretted deeply after?

and how did you move on from that if there was no way no to talk to them and make peace?

Sure. Sometimes you can't patch things up. There have also been those who I should have said harsh things to and didn't. Such is life, we try do better when we know better.

@bowman81I mostly regret it after coz sometimes admittedly my negative thoughts can spiral out of control. So yes there is always a lesson to learn in every uncomfortable difficult situation
