Have you said harsh words and insults to some people that you regretted deeply after?
and how did you move on from that if there was no way no to talk to them and make peace?

I said something to someone recently with no intention of insulting her but i guess she misunderstood and took offense and was angry.. i decided not to talk further because i was embarrassed.. however if i would have elaborated my whole point in the first place then maybe she wouldn't have taken offense because she would have understood my expression as sympathy and not an insult.. but i guess it was partly due to my own misunderstandings at the time 馃槒 sorry for blabbing on and on.. i just needed to vent 馃槼
