Have you said harsh words and insults to some people that you regretted deeply after?

and how did you move on from that if there was no way no to talk to them and make peace?

Great question. Right now my pride is getting in the way because I’m HOPING it didn’t sound as bad. As I thought. I wasn’t harsh, but maybe rude. I should not have said what I did. The older I get the less I am able to hold back. I’m choosing to live with remorse but I’m not used to that. I usually apologize on the spot! But this was a half apology? Half spite? Sucks to be me right now. Remorse is an aweful feeling.

@Mindful I can totally relate and admittedly my words were really quite harsh 🤕 . Lesson learned to control as much as possible specially with words. Hope we both can move on from this guilt with time
