Have you said harsh words and insults to some people that you regretted deeply after?

and how did you move on from that if there was no way no to talk to them and make peace?

Not that I can recall. Any harsh words I’ve ever said to someone was the truth they didn’t want to hear. When I’m angry I’m very composed and am completely silent taking everything in until it’s my turn to speak, and even then I speak softly so they have to listen harder to hear the words they’ll have a hard time forgetting. No regrets there.
