Have you said harsh words and insults to some people that you regretted deeply after?
and how did you move on from that if there was no way no to talk to them and make peace?

I rarely regret it.... I usually mean it... but there was an occasion where I told an organisation that i was involved with, that they were useless and sitting back not doing anything... I resigned... but I did try to return a few years later, they wouldn't let me..
I perhaps should have been more gentle with my criticism, but I was right.. and I just accepted that THEY would lose out by not having me there :P
