I think we should be allowed to yell at others' kids if they act up

They're running around screaming like they lost a limb, clubbing tables and shelves and such, throwing shit everywhere, smearing filth all over, and on rare occasions intentionally harming others.

But if I so much as calmly tell them to knock it off I'm suddenly Hitler 2.0.

If my kid was causing trouble and I wasn't there to tell them off, I'd hope someone else would.
