I am sorry you are quoting from a news source where presenters have admitted in court documents that they have lied to their viewers. There is a credibility problem here. Have you any other sources?

Faux noise the tabloid noise station of the Right wing is being sued by Dominion Voting systems for knowing promoting an outright lie.
Very hard to believe anything that comes out of the mouths of Faux noise presenters.
