Loving and caring doesn't mean you sacrifice your own peace or boundaries. We weren't meant to fix everybody. They would never learn that way. We are meant to love and care, but not to the point of sacrificing our own health or welfare. We're meant to listen and help where we and, but not fix everyone and certainly not beyond our own capacity and emotional stability.

Not everything we care about is ours to carry. Sometimes loving people means supporting them with sincerity, while accepting that some battles and outcomes are beyond our control. Peace begins when we stop trying to fix everything ourselves.
