Users who insist on repeatedly Breaking Rules & Laws

We advise that users please be sensible, and not engage in irresponsible and reckless behavior online.
Some are claiming that this is a "Battle for Child Protection", but we are hardly seeing much of that.
We have taken the time to answer our members on this matter, dozens of times.
Regardless of what is explained (including the complexities involved, and the sensitive nature of handling such issues),
regardless of the many improvements that have been made to Similar Worlds over the years, to further improve conditions for minors and other vulnerable groups,
[i](which has nothing to do with the staff being "shamed" into taking action, as some are claiming - there is simply a limit of resources, and a mountain of various requests/demands)[/i]
[b]many seem much more intent on simply attacking and defaming our staff, and making a game of this issue,
rather than showing true care, concern and cooperation,
towards the actual protection of children and other vulnerable groups.[/b]

Thanks to our hard work, and that of law enforcement and other involved agencies.

We can also verify that [b]there are ex-SW users who are actively spending [u]the rest of their lives in jail (life sentence)[/u][/b] (40+ years), deservedly so.[/c]
These claims about what we are or are not doing, to battle illegal activity,
claims of us "inviting & protecting predators" on this website,
are not only false, but incredibly immature and self-centered.
We would expect better, especially from some of the older users of this site.

We have, for years, gone out our way, to give lot of 1-on-1 contact, attention and care to users and their concerns,
unlike how most businesses operate.
We try to be very lenient, allowing a lot of chances for users to redeem themselves after breaking rules and other wrongdoings.
It has become more and more apparent over time, that this was probably naive of us to do.
(We have seen by experience, why most companies refrain from allowing such cordiality,
and instead, stick very strictly to the terms & laws when dealing with users,
including taking swift and harsh action, when things go too far.)

legal action will be taken when certain lines are crossed, especially after we have allowed the offender(s) so much time and chances to refrain and change their behavior.[/b][/c]

1) This conversation is over 7 months old. Admins were already made aware of that conversation at the time, and handled the situation accordingly. (we can't disclose any details)
2) Even if restrictions/limitations were already in place, the Fake Minor profile that claimed to be 15yo [b]had their profile's Age set to 21yo ("21 F")[/b].
3) Only at the very end of the conversation, the Fake Minor let the user know that she was 15yo.
No website's restrictions can "magically" know that the user was supposed to be 15yo, if the Age on profile is incorrect, and this Fake Minor has simply "lured/trapped" this user into a sexual conversation intentionally.

Regarding the user that people have been speaking about recently,
we have seen absolutely NO EVIDENCE of some of the claims that are being spread in the comments.
We looked at ALL the reports, searched a number of keywords in the messages, skimmed through the contents, and we simply can't find any evidence for this.
