Maintenance

Hello,

Similar Worlds will be temporarily unavailable for about 3 hours, during our Upgrade to a new and more powerful Server.

This maintenance is scheduled to take place at: [c=#FF0000]Tuesday May 17th, 2:30 am Central Time (8:30 am GMT)[/c] and should take about 3 hours to complete.

We are very happy that our community is growing, and we need to improve our back-end so that we can support the growing traffic and data, while improving reliability at the same time.

After those 3 hours, everything will be back to normal.

Thank you,
Nuno

As Winston said "Please enable us to change the rating of a site. I just posted an adult story and marked it "Adult content" in the box under the story. But then after a response from a teen, I realised the overall rating on the right hand side is non-Adult."

This is very confusing. If we properly mark a story as containing adult concepts, what difference should it make how the group is rated as? In other words, what's the point in asking us to rate something we post as having adult concepts if SW's intent is that we should only post it in a group marked as adult anyway?

Also, as for a rating system?

KISS

Keep It Short and Simple

When you start asking people to rate their own content as strongly adult, moderate adult, mildly adult WITHOUT detailed definitions of what SW means by those terms, then you are asking for more confusion than Obamacare legislation.
