It is like I have been freed from a prison which was my old body and put into a new body metaphorically of course. But it's like I'm living the life of a girl and I think it is pretty great I am enjoying my new life however some bad things can happen if someone finds out that your a trans like getting bullied, being called "it" instead of he or she, etc...
