I knew someone who said she could astrally project. She "came" into my bedroom one night and the next day described my pyjamas. Only thing is, I've never worn pyjamas. Either it's a fallacy or she got the wrong house.

Lucid dream I've tried but I'm not very suggestible, so it only happens once in a blue moon, rather than being directed by the conscious me. It's great, though.

I went through a phase about fifteen years ago when I was on Xanax and I had a lot of lucid dreams. That went away when I stopped taking it, though I still occasionally have one. They were fun!

Just before few month, I had one, I was in my room in my dream then I went outside my house and there was river then I suddenly realized that I was in dream so I can do anything so I decided to jump in the river and and jumped. As soon as I jumped I felt so cold then I woke up from my dream. It was not my first lucid dream though, I had many before also.

Lucid dreaming...Year 8

I tried to when I was a teen.. I'm not sure how far I came back then because something weird happened that made me stop trying for 5 years. After that I didn't try so hard until recently.
