‘LOWER YOUR TONE’, would be my response.

Usually, I take that as a sign of weakness on their end and take them less seriously.

If it's a short response I might suggest they stop shouting. If it's more than a line or two I'll stop reading and just ignore them.

When I use it it's for emphasis. It's easier than using italics.
