Excellent assessment i think.
Liverpool look a shoe-in for another title as everyone else is in some form of transition.
On paper Arsenal and Chelsea should have improved enough to make it far from a foregone conclusion but United i think are going to struggle to fill that 4th place.

I agree Arsenal or Liverpool for the title, if the scousers get Isaak and Guehi, they'll be a force having already improved the first team.
Arsenal finally have a goal scorer so should improve, just not sure it will be enough to beat Liverpool.
Pep's capable of pulling off a surprise, but last season showed he's only human.
I do think Newcastle will challenge Chelsea for 4th, only because of how young Chelsea's impressive squad is, not enough experience for a long season.
Spurs will improve on last season if they can limit their injuries, still think they're squad is too weak to challenge top four.
Brighton will be top half, but still not convinced they won't lose a couple of players before the window closes.
You're pretty spot on with the rest.
As a Utd supporter, I hope for a top 8 finish, but top half will be a welcome improvement. If they could ship out a few more overpaid primadonna's, I'd be happy to see youngsters who actually want to play for the club on the field. But they've got a long way to go before they can get back to challenging for European places via the league.

I've always been a Liverpool fan, especially when I lived in the UK.

The only reason Chelsea stands out is because an ex pat Brit friend was absolutely wrecked when they lost to a bunch of 16 year old boys during an exhibition game here in Canada a few years ago.

Poor Arsenal 😅 Always the bridesmaid; never the bride. They'll choke.
