I think the top four will be City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Man United, in that order. Just too many problems that need to be fixed imo for Chelsea to get top four. I think Newcastle get 5th and Chelsea end up 6th. I expect spurs to struggle without kane so I can see them Villa and Brighton being interchangeable in 7-9. I think Sheffield, Luton and Forest will go down, Wolves, Fulham in the battle too, think the rest of the spots are just completely random.

@EmmaBBY You talk a lot of sense but I just think that not having European fixtures is such a big factor. That is why I am predicting Spurs and Chelsea to do better than Newcastle. We will see.

@Burnley123 Yeah, I just think Newcastle have strengthened enough for their squad to still be good enough despite Europe, to be honest without Europe I would put them above united

No team has ever won four successive titles in English top division, so probably a stretch for Man City. Arsenal have a good shout, but maybe still need a goal scorer

I'll go for top four of Arsenal, Liverpool, Man City, Man Utd, not necessarily in that order.

For relegation, I'll go for 3 from Everton, West Ham, Luton, Sheffield Utd

Wildcard bet, Brighton

@SW-User I think now their quad is embbedded, they will be competitive. We will see.

@Burnley123 I expect it will be like last year with half the league in relegation trouble at Easter

@SW-User Its like that every season!

Sixth is about right for Spurs (my team), though they are notoriously hard to predict. I wouldn't be surprised by fourth or ninth, either.

I don't think Chelsea will do that well. I love Pocchetino (despite my inability to spell his name), but I think he's more suited to a slow development project with young players than a quick turnaround with new acquisitions. And, while I find Newcastle hard to root for, I imagine they could be top 5 again.

@Harmonium1923 Chelsea have had an iffy start but they are a new team and have a lot of talent. I know some will disagree but I'm sticking with that.

I think it'll be the usual suspects top six.

No idea... but good luck for tonight.
I'm watching.
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@Kwek00 lol. Edit: Valhalla.
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@Kwek00 That was a yellow, not a red.

@Burnley123 I didn't get that far to be honest 😅 somewhere in the 2nd half I gave up. But well they showed they can play football in the first half. It's not that they are weak against a big team. But City is still a team that is on another level. Also... I noticed that a lot of them had it really tough after 40 minutes. Maybe the staff needs to work on that.
When do we get to revisit this?
Palace at 12 😌

@V00doo I think Palce did right bringing him back as interim but wrong to appoint him permanently. I'm going to the pub later to watch our game against City. I live in Manchester!
@Burnley123 Have fun!
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@V00doo Doubtful. 🤣
I thin Pep is going to get it again.
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@InOtterWords I think they look good for now but their squad is just too thin on numbers. As the fixtures pile up and so do the injuries (already KDB) they will drop off. I'm sticking to my guns.
