I need to sleep tonight

Something has got to give, no doctor, no therapist, no nurse, no specialist, chatgpt not one of them can figure out why I can't sleep.

I'm furesrated and I know it's affecting my health, work and family. I really don't know what else to try. I've tried everything.

My buddy is coming home again tonight. Star had a good afternoon. Her fever was gone and they sat her up most of the evening. They want her to stand up by Friday. Even if only for a few minutes. Family meeting is planned for Saturday afternoon.

We had grilled chicken wraps and fresh fruit salad for dinner. It's very cold so we're watching a movie our oldest boys choice tonight by the fire and we're going to have root beer floats.

After the kids are in bed cigars whiskey and please let me sleep 😴

i know someone who uses cbd oil and swears by it @NativePortlander1970 might have more input to that...he knows more about that kind of product than i do...but look into it

@beermeplease the good stuff is legal in Missouri but it makes me freak out. I'm probably the only guy to have a panic attack on it lol. But I've never thought to try just CBD oils. I might need to look into it

@beermeplease @Cigarguy Over the counter cbd is snake oil, not enough thc to properly activate it.

@NativePortlander1970 i wonder if the stuff in canada at the weed shops are better. i just dn't know. but my customer swears by the one he uses. maybe i'll buy something next time i'm at mine and show you the ingredients/potency @Cigarguy those oils do not get one high

@beermeplease Ones in the dispensiaries are most likely made with medicinal Cannabis and legit, they need at least 3.8% thc to activate the cbd, not like over the counter cbd products made with industrial hemp that averages only 0.5% thc.

@NativePortlander1970 is that per serving or for the bottle?
I have one that says 3mg/g THC, but shows 1.3mg per activation. Plus the CBD oil.
