Sure you can, you just need to find the quitting method that works for you and then stick to it. It's all about psychological discipline.

@UndeadPrivateer: This is 100% correct.

Well that's sad ....but it's the same old story of every smoker ....just like you and me ....everytime I think I will quit but all in vain ..
DIMaverick4 · 41-45, M
try a slower and gradual method ... use chocolate maybe intermittently to substitute :)

E-cig worked for me. Start out with a nicotine level appropriate for your usage and give yourself a long time to quit.

@TrickyTrixie: You need to start at like 32mg nic-juice. I think the highest blu goes is 24. Also I think it needs to be handy and cheap. Blu just doesn't make things handy or cheap. I tried everything, it was the only thing that worked for me and I smoked for 23 years.
Keep looking, you'll find something. You could always try cold turkey and keeping yourself busy.

@TrickyTrixie: honestly I forget I ever smoked and I never even think about them anymore.

I know what this feels like... been there.

No such thing as can't. You will say to yourself one day, I don't want to do this anymore and you will stop, I did.

I smoke more when I'm on here! You realise it's to do with oral fixation that should of been over come as a toddler. **shrug**
I have faith you can! Try the patches?
